Vatsin Certification Private Limited, its Director and its staff are fully committed to ensuring that all management system certification activities are impartial. Any relationships between Vatsin Certification Private Limited or individuals employed by Vatsin Certification Private Limited or Sub Contractors to Vatsin Certification Private Limited with other organisations or individuals will be declared, reviewed, documented and risk assessed. Vatsin Certification Private Limited believes that trust in the audit and certification process depends on the impartiality of the persons involved in these processes.

VCPL has established a system to ensure that individual and organizational conflict of interest is avoided, and Objectivity & complete impartiality is practiced in the auditing and certification process.

We ensure this by:

 

• Engaging only those professionals in our certification process, who have demonstrated their competence in accordance with applicable professional standards.
• Educating certification personnel about avoiding possible issues that might affect objectivity and impartiality.
• Legally binding our certification personnel to disclose relevant information regarding issues that may lead to possibilities of conflict of interest.
• Establishing impartiality monitoring and enforcement committee to act as ultimate authority enforcing impartiality in our audit & certification process.
